About Us

Welcome to NO EXCUSES.  Background: I have lived a crazy and interesting life as I am sure many of you have.  Fitness was not my original plan in life, but as we learn, life doesn't always quite work out as we plan.  When I originally started my education (at Clarion University) I was headed in the direction of education, which I strongly believe I was born to do.  As "life" happened, I ended up needing to change directions.  I have always had a hunger for activity and competition.  After a few years boxing, my passion for fitness grew much stronger.  This passion, in combination with my ability to teach, simply fell into place.... why not teach fitness?  And my journey began.
